These Terms of Service govern your use of eastern-aura.com and purchases from Eastern Aura. “Eastern Aura,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shanghai Fuxin E-commerce Co., Ltd. (上海拂心电子商务有限公司), registered in the People’s Republic of China under registration number 310114006028714.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information and to keep your credentials secure.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, hand-finishing, natural materials, and production variations may cause reasonable differences. These differences do not permit us to supply an item that is materially different from the description accepted at checkout.

Cultural and historical descriptions are provided for general artistic and editorial context. Unless expressly stated, our products are contemporary decorative, collectible, gifting, or wearable objects and are not historical artifacts. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Eastern Aura is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any museum, heritage site, cultural institution, or government body referenced as artistic inspiration.

Any face covering offered as a style accessory is not medical protective equipment unless expressly stated and supported by appropriate certification.

Prices, taxes, and errors

The store’s base prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Shopify may display a localized currency where enabled. Shipping and any other charge payable to Eastern Aura are shown before you submit the order. Eligible orders are shipped with duties and import taxes included as described in our Shipping Policy.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or inventory error before accepting or fulfilling an order. If payment has already been taken, we will notify you and, where lawful, offer the choice to proceed on the corrected basis or receive a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. Acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance, subject to applicable law.

We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, payment failure, inventory error, an obvious pricing error, inability to deliver, or suspected resale or misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount we are required to return.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice. You authorize us and our providers to charge the total accepted at checkout and to conduct reasonable fraud and payment checks. Eastern Aura does not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellation requests are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The website and its content—including the Eastern Aura name, original text, photography, graphics, layout, and artwork owned by us—are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, publish, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party names, cultural references, artworks, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are claimed beyond those lawfully held or licensed by us.

Reviews, messages, and other submissions

If you submit a review, image, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for operating and promoting Eastern Aura, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law. We may moderate or remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions.

Prohibited use

You may not use the website to violate law or third-party rights; introduce malicious code; interfere with security; scrape or harvest personal data; attempt unauthorized access; make fraudulent purchases; or misuse the website, checkout, promotions, or return process.

Third-party services and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers process information when you visit, interact with, or purchase from the store. Where Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, Shopify may also process information from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services such as personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers located in other countries.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. For claims relating to a purchased product, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, except where a higher or unlimited amount is required by law.

Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use or remove protections available under mandatory law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding any mandatory protection available to a consumer under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. The competent courts of Shanghai, China have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@eastern-aura.com so we can try to resolve the issue. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or using a statutory complaint or dispute process.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, technology, or business practices. The updated version will be posted with a revised date and applies prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.

Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement concerning your use of the store and purchases, together with any specific terms accepted at checkout.
